Very Rude ! After approaching with a request for more details on the lawyer that will handle my case, they refused to continue, stating they are too busy !! And not desperate for clients !!! Its a RED FLAG right here !!!

Dear all, Whenever we have a bad experience - as a community we share and warn each other so that we can be protected. Also, when we have a good experience, we should always share so that others can be benefited from it. 2 days ago, I posted the update about the Thai Law confusion and many of you did give me your insights & guidance. However, to my surprise - Maliwan Business & Accounting actually took the trouble to give me a call and not only guide me but explain to me many important aspects of the rule of the land. The part that is shocking is – not once did MBA (I’m giving them this short form) ask me to register with them or pay them for their expertise/guidance. They just genuinely wanted to give me the right advice. To me that is the hallmark of a good brand, a good business and good people. And because of my wonderful experience with them, I would always be someone who would recommend them to others. So yeah – if anyone of you is confused or needs clarification about the law of the land – do try whomsoever you feel comfortable with. But if you still do not feel you have found the right solution – then Maliwan Business & Accounting would the ones I would recommend. Loy Machedo PS – I also had wonderful insights & predictions into the business aspects of what works in Koh Samui. It was not only insightful but highly thought-provoking!
