A standard setup runs from around 25,000 to 60,000 THB in fees plus the paid-up capital your visa and work permit require. Be wary of anyone offering cheap nominee shareholders, because nominee arrangements are illegal and the crackdowns are real. Pay for a structure that is genuinely defensible.
