I used Chain as my lawyer when we were selling our house in Huahin, I wanted somebody who could deal with the selling agents and government officers on my behalf. I signed a POA with Chain and he handled everything from his end. We managed to sell the house and Chain looked after the agent and all payments due including taxes and the land office. I cant praise Chain enough, he did an amazing job and great communication through emails, very professional. I wish lawyers in Europe were as dedicated to their clients as Chain was to us.
