We came to Hua Hin for a short holiday. Beforehand we had made an appointment with Hua Hin Real Estate, Mr. Steffen Heitman, to show us around on some housing areas with and without properties for sale. We found a suitable property and decided to give a bid. Within short time we agreed on price ++. Necessary paper work for both land lease and house was signed within a day. We even had a meeting with the Management company for some upgrades to be done. We went home, the process started, and 6 weeks later both the land and hose were transferred to us.
