I have been a customer of this broker for more than 2 years. Although their team is small, they are very responsive and attentive. They offer a comprehensive range of insurance coverage and will help you tailor it to your specific risks and requests. They are also conveniently located nearby the Thai Local Immigration office so highly recommended for visa required insurances.
The guy is rude, I just asked a simple question unrelated to insurance but his response was like if it's not related I don't spend a second of my time on this. Now I need to do 1 class insurance for my bike and even tho I live 1 min walk from this place I'll choose a different broker.
