Overall, a positive experience and my shipment arrived safely. The only area that could be improved is the paperwork at delivery. I was asked to sign multiple documents quite quickly, without receiving copies or much explanation, so I left feeling unsure about what had been signed. A little more clarity and transparency during handover would make the customer experience even better.

We recently completed an international move from Belgium to Thailand, using Transworld and their Thai partner, United Relocations. Overall, the experience was very positive. The delivery team was professional, friendly, and experienced. Furniture was assembled and placed exactly where we requested, and all boxes were delivered to the correct rooms. One week after delivery, it appears that nothing is missing, which is reassuring after an international shipment. The only observation was that the container seal that had been placed at departure was no longer present upon delivery, and one box as well as a ladder were positioned in front of the wooden securing structure inside the container. This may have been related to a customs inspection, although we were not informed of this. Nevertheless, the move was completed smoothly and without any real issues. Based on my experience, I can recommend both Transworld in Belgium and United Relocations in Thailand for international removals.
