Overall, a positive experience and my shipment arrived safely. The only area that could be improved is the paperwork at delivery. I was asked to sign multiple documents quite quickly, without receiving copies or much explanation, so I left feeling unsure about what had been signed. A little more clarity and transparency during handover would make the customer experience even better.

We had an excellent experience with United Relocations (Thailand) Co., Ltd. during our move from Bangkok, Thailand to Guatemala. Certainly not an easy task, considering that our belongings had to literally cross half of the planet. David and the sales team have been extremely proactive and attentive since the very first contact with the company and throughout the whole process, listening to our needs and adapting to our requirements, ensuring that everything went smoothly. They have been there for us providing excellent customer service, giving us all the information we needed, any relevant updates, and taking good care of all papers required for the shipment before departure and after arrival. The packing team that came to our apartment was also highly professional: the care they took in packing every single item, from large pieces of furniture to small decoration items, was impressive. They were so good that, even though the container was crossing the whole Pacific Ocean and Caribbean Sea and was transferred between three different ships, when we received our belongings in Guatemala, everything arrived perfectly fine. The cost of the service was very reasonable, excellent value for money. And aside from that, it was also the human side of everyone on the team that gives you that kind of calm and feeling of comfort and reliability that you need when you go through such important moving across continents. Therefore, we can only give big thanks to United Relocations (Thailand) Co., Ltd. For the great experience we had with them, and we highly recommend to anyone who is relocating and is looking for a professional and reliable company.
