Went to one of the CBRE Building Managed estate in North of Phuket. The identified Building Manager was a. Not at work/available b. When called by his mobile and introduced myself and purpose of the call (while I and my presence was informed and known), I got quickly bugged off and impolite spoken to and being told/asked to present an ‘official introduction by the owner’, while the owner representative had just the other day done so and making my presence known. When talking to the property admin., I was told to come back the next day (being a Saturday/weekend). Rather unprofessional and as seen from one property professional to another.
We used CBRE in Phuket to help us find out what was on the market with strong legal information. We are very nervous buyers but the allure of Phuket keeps us coming back! CBRE have been incredibly helpful.
CBRE Bangkok and CBRE Phuket are not the same. If you remove "CBRE" from CBRE Phuket, they are just a joke. Not professional and ran by old style, outdated people.
