I just wanted to send a heartfelt thank you for the incredible service and care throughout my mom’s visa run experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and smoothly that it completely removed any stress or worry we had beforehand. My mom kept telling me how comfortable and well looked after she felt during the entire trip. The coordination was excellent, communication was always quick and clear, and every step of the process was explained so well. It really made a huge difference knowing she was in good hands. A special thank you to the driver as well for being so patient, kind, and supportive throughout the journey. The trip itself was organized so efficiently, with perfect timing for breaks and a very smooth border crossing experience. We were honestly surprised at how fast and easy the whole process was. You can really tell that your team has a lot of experience and genuinely cares about the people you help. Thank you again for making what could have been a stressful day feel easy, comfortable, and enjoyable for my mom. We truly appreciate all the effort and kindness shown to her.

I was scared since it was so close to the holidays, but on Christmas I was blessed to get my DTV in Malaysia. KBV is thorough and direct. No hidden fees. They took care of all my questions and answered me when in panic mode. I recommend them. This is my first run and Georgetown was great. 😊 thank you
