I was scared since it was so close to the holidays, but on Christmas I was blessed to get my DTV in Malaysia. KBV is thorough and direct. No hidden fees. They took care of all my questions and answered me when in panic mode. I recommend them. This is my first run and Georgetown was great. 😊 thank you

Thank you so much for this amazing experience.  I'm not sure there is anything else that could've been done to top it. The entire journey was exceptionally well planned: stops, breaks for snacks, stretching and excellent time management, overall . I  was also impressed with the driver, who was incredibly nice, friendly, and supportive, and consistently drove safely while ensuring a smooth border run. A major highlight was the border control: it was shockingly fast(1 minute in Malaysia😂 ) and all the process took around 10 minutes, tops. It was hassle-free,  all the staff were clear with instructions and highly supportive. I truly appreciate the ease and speed of this experience. The lunch was really good too. Thank you.
