I was recommended TVS Visa Services by a friend of mine. I was looking for somebody to help with my application for a "Retirement visa". And to open a bank account. I had already been to 2 other visa service shops for the same help, but they were unimpressive to say the least. I first met with Jay Clench who I believe is the owner. He is English, as am I. So there was no potential for any communication misunderstanding, which is always a danger. Jay explained everything in detail for me and quoted me a very fair price. I was able to get hold of all the documentation they required from me the following day. I know my application was made during the "low season" but I had my bank account opened and my visa all done within a week of first walking in their office. Highly delighted.
100% recommend, professional quick advice and professional service in every aspect 100 % recommended – professional service in every way. TVS Visa the best in the town with loads of experience. And really customer-friendly service. Definitely recommend them, thanks for the great support. See you in January, thanks 🙌 to your Team and Special thanks to the owner Tum.
After having my documents rejected by the Legalizing Section of the Thai DFAT due what I now know is a disastrous attempt by a supposed accredited translator in my home province six hours north of Chon Buri, I searched for a service in Pattaya. From my initial contact via email and their contact portal, to picking up the translations, the service was smooth and extremely professional. The two Thai ladies to whom I spoke have excellent English - including talking over the phone which I have trouble with as I'm hearing impaired. The guy running it is, well, British, so there's also that... I paid for an express service and got my two documents translated and stamped with the translators accreditation stamp and a signed photocopy of his ID card. Upon presentation to DFA, the smile on the cashier's face said it all. Two clean, professionally translated documents. I pick up my "Legalized" documents tomorrow. TVS also offer other services but, as I have done all my visa and driving licence applications and tests myself for over ten years, I have no need for those. However, if those services are provided as well as their (I assume) subcontracted translation services, you should be happy with the results.

- Confirm they handle your specific visa (LTR, SMART, DTV, and Non-B are very different processes).
- Ask whether the work permit ties to the four-Thai-staff and 2 million baht capital rule, or a BOI exemption.
- Be clear a visa is not a work permit: check they deliver both if you plan to work here.
- Avoid anyone promising a shortcut around immigration rules.
