My agent Palmy and 66 property are amazing! From start to finish Palmy has been kind, considerate and very professional. My move into my first rental in Chiang Mai, which could have been disconcerting, was made easy and super comfortable by Palmy’s calm efficiency and supportive approach. After a short trip, I finally found the condo I was looking for. Palmy was incredibly helpful, showing me 10 properties in just two weeks and guiding me through the transfer process after the contract was signed. For anyone interested in buying property in Chiang Mai, here are a few recommendations: ​Property Availability: While you can find listings online, these properties are typically open to all agents. More often than not, agents will need to double-check if a specific unit is still actually available. I worked with agents from 3 companies at the same time, the same situation. ​Syncing Your Pace: Many of us (myself included) are used to the frantic pace of city life, but the whole point of coming here is for a slower, more relaxed lifestyle. You might want to slow down a bit to get in sync with the local way of life. Alternatively, if you are on a tight schedule, be sure to let your agent know so they can speed things up for you.

I have recently worked with Ning, at 66 properties, and I can say that she a great property agent! She has been extremely available throughout the purchase process, and helpful above and beyond! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a property in Chiang Mai.
