I have sent 2months deposits and the Sale representative never receive my call. I don't worry about my money cause I think chiangmaihouse is not a small company but sale representative's attitude makes me so unhappy. I sent text several times to check if they receive money properly but no answer. She haven't ever appear on time even once. She needs to know that she has to give any information when customers need if she is professional.
Gift was exceptionally helpful. She helped me set up my phone, internet, power, water, and everything. She went above and beyond finding me a great house to rent. She found a nice 2 bed 2 bath for $300 a month inside the city, walking distance to Central Festival Mall. Gift was always on time, and very professional.
Khun Leo was equally persistent and patient when we were trying to find the PERFECT home in Chiangmai in November 2018. After we moved in he has helped us find a gardner, cleaner, electrician, carpenter, etc. He and his company are a true friend for new-comers to Chiangmai!
