Ms. Lena helped me find such a lovely Condo. This was my first time trying to rent in a foreign country. She guided me every step of the way and she has really good English! After going through multiple options she narrowed it down to the perfect spot for me. She even managed to negotiate a little bit off the price tag for me! I Honestly can't believe I scored this place. It's in a great location with tons of amenities and a beautiful view. The building's security and management is very good. The Condo was also freshly renovated and the owner is very kind. I wouldn't of ended up in this place without her. She's made the rest of my stay in Thailand so comfortable for the next few months. I highly recommend any fellow expat to go with this company if you are trying to find a place to stay for a while. And make sure to talk to Lena if you need help finding a place! She will find the perfect spot that fits your budget range. 😊👍

Just purchased a condominium with Perfect Homes, working specifically with K. Keith and K. Noon and our experience was fantastic. I had a fairly specific set of requirements, both for the condo that I was looking for and for visa eligibility that made me anxious about the process. Both Keith and Noon walked me through the process and made the end to end purchase super efficient and easy. Here are the main positives from my experience:- - No language barrier. Keith is British and K.Noon speaks better English than me. Communication was totally clear. - Quick responses. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and clearly - No real hiccups. Everything was super smooth and organized. We were in the land office for less than an hour - Super knowledgeable. Both Keith and Noon have a great knowledge of the market, what's available, prices etc. All in all, the process for buying the condo was as good as could be, especially for a foreigner buying in Thailand.
